The book offers 80 themed sessions, presented in the form of practical, ready-to-use cards. Each sheet includes a complete structure: a warm-up, a specific game linked to the session's theme, an individual technical exercise, collective situations in a reduced space and, finally, an application game in the form of a match. All are illustrated with explanatory diagrams, designed to make it easier to understand and implement the instructions.

In all, 400 different game situations are proposed, enabling every educator to enrich their training content and reinforce their team's collective automatisms.
