DPD, Home Delivery – Any order placed before 4 PM will be shipped the same day (Monday to Friday). You can choose your delivery date directly via SMS as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse. Delivered against signature.

DPD or Colissimo, Europe Delivery – Any order placed before 4 PM (French time) will be shipped the same day (Monday to Friday).

  • Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands (5 to 7 days).

  • Austria, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom (7 to 9 days).

Geodis On Demand – Eurofirst Export – Carrier for orders over 30kg. Delivery within 24/48h in Europe. Once your order is shipped, you can choose your delivery day online (Monday to Friday).

Colissimo Europe, Switzerland, Maghreb, Overseas Territories – La Poste services are used for shipments within Europe, Switzerland, Maghreb, and Overseas Territories for orders under 30kg. Delivery is estimated between 7 and 30 days depending on your zone.

FedEx Express – Carrier for orders to the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Oman, Qatar). We cannot guarantee a fixed delivery time due to regulations and customs clearance upon arrival. Shipped by air.

Warehouse Pickup (Andrézieux-Bouthéon) – For those lucky enough to live in the Loire area, this delivery method will appear. Your order will be prepared as quickly as possible, and our team will contact you to arrange pickup. This service is free of charge.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your parcel online.

Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days (from the delivery date) after validation by Click For Foot of your request, which must first be submitted by email to contact@clickforfoot.com or by post. Your request must clearly state your intention to withdraw, without ambiguity, and indicate the order concerned. Products must be returned at your own expense to:

Steps to return a product:

• Once you receive confirmation that your return has been accepted, prepare a box (ideally reuse the one we used) and place your product inside. Include all accessories and the original packaging so the product can be resold. Protect it carefully to avoid any damage during transport. Add your order form, withdrawal form, or simply write your order number on a blank sheet of paper.

We will then send you a return label via La Poste or DPD so you can return the product without paying for shipping.

Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a replacement product. To ensure your request is processed quickly, we will also need photos of the damaged product and, in the background or on the side, the delivery label attached to the parcel. The tracking number on this label must be clearly visible. If the delivery box is damaged, feel free to include photos of the box as well. Please take the photos against as neutral a background as possible.

Click For Foot does not have any physical stores in France. We only operate a warehouse housing our various services, and it is not open to customers. You can only collect your order using the “Warehouse Pickup” delivery option.
