Delivery conditions:

Delivery and delay.

You will receive an electronic confirmation of the shipment of your order. The products will be delivered to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process, within the timeframe indicated on the order validation page by the customer.

The delivery time corresponds to the shipping time indicated on the Article sheet plus the preparation and shipping time in French territory (Metropolitan France). In the case of delivery by a carrier requiring an appointment with the customer, the carrier will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a delivery appointment, no later than 30 days from the date of order validation.

In case of shipping delays, an email will be sent to inform you of a new delivery date. Please note, however, that Click For Foot cannot be held responsible for delivery delays solely due to the unavailability of the customer after several appointment proposals by the carrier.

Click For foot will be exempt from any liability only in case of force majeure as defined by French court jurisprudence, such as an event that is unforeseeable at the time of contract conclusion and irresistible in its execution. In any case, in accordance with legal provisions, in case of delivery delays, you have the possibility to terminate the contract under the conditions and terms defined in Article L 216-1 of the Consumer Code.

Delivery and responsibility.
In case of non-conformity upon reception, you must notify the carrier and Click For Foot of any reservations regarding the delivered product (for example: damaged package, already opened...). In the case of a technical product, the customer should pay particular attention to checking the proper functioning of the delivered device and reading the user manual provided. You have a period of 3 days to make any reservations with the carrier in case of missing items or damage. If the delivery is incomplete or a product is damaged, you have 2 options:

1) You accept the delivery by issuing reservations on the carrier's receipt form.
2) You refuse the entire order and indicate the reason on the carrier's receipt.

When the customer personally takes delivery of the transported items and when the carrier does not justify having given them the opportunity to effectively verify their good condition, the 3-day period mentioned in Article L. 133-3 of the Commercial Code that extinguishes any action against the carrier is extended to 10 days. For deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duties, value-added tax, and any other taxes due under the laws of the country receiving the order. Click for foot company is therefore absolved of any legal responsibility if the payment of taxes is not made by the customer.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the purchased product(s) and the shipping costs* will be refunded to the customer (*up to a maximum flat rate of 8.66€ including taxes for shipping costs), with the direct return costs remaining the responsibility of the customer. If your package is returned via the carrier, for example if you did not pick up your package at a pick-up point or were not available for delivery, the costs of the second shipment will be charged to you in the form of a payment link.

For large equipment (cages, goals, field equipment...) Count 5 to 15 business days After shipping, delivery is handled by a specialized carrier, directly to your address.

Right of withdrawal:

In accordance with current legal provisions, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay any penalties. After informing us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal within this 14-day period, you then have an additional 14 days to return the product(s) concerned by the withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised online, using the withdrawal form available on the website, or by any other unambiguous statement expressing the intention to withdraw. An acknowledgment of receipt will be immediately sent to you. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, only the price of the purchased product(s) and the shipping costs will be refunded, with the return costs remaining at your expense.

Returns, to be borne by the customer, must be made in their original and complete condition (accessories, instructions...) allowing them to be resold as new, and, if possible, accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimized management. In case of depreciation of the product resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product, you may be held responsible.

In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for audio, video, or computer software recordings unsealed by the customer, goods made to the customer's specifications or personalized, and goods unsealed by the customer that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. Click For Foot undertakes to refund the customer, if applicable, the full amount paid, including shipping costs and up to the amount corresponding to the cheapest standard shipping method offered on the website. Refund requests will be processed, after receiving the product or proof that the product has been sent, within a period of fourteen (14) days following the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Exchange:

The return or exchange of goods must be made within 14 days (from the date of delivery) after validation by Click For Foot of your prior request made by email:"contact@"clickforfoot.comOr by mail. It will express your desire to retract without any ambiguity, will mention the order concerned by this retraction. The products will have to be returned at your own expense to Click For Foot, 275 rue Henri Guillaumet, ZAC des murons, 42160 ANDREZIEUX-BOUTHEON.

Returns will only be accepted if the product has not been unpacked or unsealed after delivery. The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete and intact, in perfect condition for resale. Any product that has been damaged or whose original and specific packaging has been deteriorated will not be refunded, exchanged, or returned.

For hygiene reasons, no exchanges can be made for the following items:

- Medical article, pharmacy, adhesive bandage, physiotherapy & osteopathy, cryotherapy & thermotherapy.

- Strap article and care band.

No exchange possible on the following items:

- Customized item (e.g. armband, vestment, flag...)
