Place them on a grass or synthetic pitch, play with a ball well suited to the level of the players (size 4 for youngsters, size 5 for seniors) and repeat shots without flexing.

For greater stability during intensive training sessions, consider adding ballast or fixing goals to the ground if the pitch allows. Finally, quick maintenance of nets after prolonged use (remove moisture, check hooks) will keep this equipment in perfect condition season after season.
