In a constantly evolving sports sector, Click For Foot has established itself as a key player in club equipment. In 2024, the company reached a decisive milestone, marked by sustained growth and ambitious structuring, both logistically and digitally.

With a move to new premises, a revamped online store, international expansion and a stronger professional community, the year was rich in achievements. To better understand this dynamic and discover the outlook for the future, we spoke to Fabien Grunenwald, Head of Operations at Click For Foot, who looks back on the highlights of the past year and shares his vision for 2025.

How would you sum up 2024 for Click For Foot?

Fabien Grunenwald - For Click For Foot, 2024 marked a major milestone in its development. The company moved into new premises of over 1,000 m², a strategic move that has enabled us to increase our storage capacity, while improving logistics. Each division now has its own dedicated office, making it easier to work and coordinate teams.

On the digital front, the year was marked by the launch of a brand-new online store, with a clearer, more intuitive design. The customer experience has been rethought, with a categorization by profession: coaches, fitness trainers, stewards... to meet the specific needs of each. Numerous new features have also been added to optimize navigation and the purchasing process, including a responsive mode to guarantee fluid browsing on mobile devices, payment in several instalments for greater flexibility, and a more powerful technical platform for faster, simpler updates. A special effort has also been made in the soccer ball category, which has been a real commercial success.

And in terms of international development?

Fabien Grunenwald - We've also stepped up our international presence with the translation of our website into English, to encourage orders from Europe. Sales have also grown significantly on the African continent, particularly in the Maghreb and Central Africa.

Click For Foot was able to carry out numerous sales operations in France and the French overseas departments and territories, thanks to the mobilization of all the company's divisions. The team also met with clubs to discuss their needs directly. At the same time, the B-to-B professional community grew strongly on LinkedIn, with an increase of +144%.

Finally, the company achieved its sales targets, thanks to the loyalty of its customers and the support of its supplier partners. The paper catalog, with eight additional pages, continued to play a key role in supporting clubs. And 2025 promises to be just as dynamic, with new projects on the horizon.

What will be the main lines of development this year?

Fabien Grunenwald - The coming year will be marked by innovation and the strengthening of our service offering. A dedicated space for retailers will be set up on the online store, along with a specific catalog highlighting our brands and exclusive products. The aim is clear: to provide our professional partners with tools that are better adapted to their needs and facilitate their purchasing experience.

Product customization will also be at the heart of the platform's evolutions. Click For Foot will soon be offering a new personalization service for merchandising and textiles, in response to growing demand from clubs and sports organizations.

Are new collaborations planned?

Fabien Grunenwald - Yes, a strategic partnership will be launched with Vestiaires, strengthening our ecosystem and broadening our collaboration opportunities. This type of initiative illustrates our desire to move forward with players who share our values and our commitment to the sporting world.

Next October, we'll be taking part in the salon des colloques des préparateurs physiques professionnels in Lyon. This important event will enable us to exchange views directly with the players in the field, to better understand their expectations and to promote our products.

Finally, our paper catalog will continue to evolve, with additional pages featuring a selection of products from the Click Lab, our innovation and product watch unit.

Beyond these projects, our priority for 2025 will remain the same: to continue to be fully at the service of our clubs, and all our customers. It's this proximity, this attentiveness and this responsiveness that are Click For Foot's strengths today, and that we want to strengthen even further.
